Got the impression that "chemists with the chops" would be the ones selling the 3D print files on demand... Sure would re-define the current pharmacy delivery system/experience--call in your "refill" pick up same day, after 3D printer gets done with fabrication. Quality control will be a problem, let alone sanitation between "print orders." Undoubtedly solving these and similar challenges will produce other cottage industries to solve THOSE problems. As far as those who use drugs recreationally, I personally would see them performing experiment in this arena regardless of the "chemists selling the files" as "purging of the gene pool." I have a sibling who is oft heard to opine, 'You can't fix stupid.' The merry go round....on it goes.
