Sen. Barbara Boxer, also a California Democrat, issued a statement saying, "I believe those who used these horrific weapons to cause so much human suffering must be held accountable."

Then take it to an international court. Or better to the UN--make China and Russia vote to sanction the use of chemical weapons, lol. Not to mention Iran. And Iraq.
