The liberals and Paul folks will vote against it. It will be a close vote.

But the biggest hawks out there wanting to bomb are pubs, not dems. John Bolton, Peter King and Mccain are livid that Obama went to congress. Watch some others pop up.

A president is supposed to go to congress. That is what the constitution says. Obama ifs following the constitution. Too bad some other presidents didn't do that.

Only congress can declare war.
