Thats right Ellen, NPEC Shareholders just lost 75% of their value. Sorta like RMIL has lost 59% since $4. Lots more than that since your infamuous CEO took over and continued the lies and material misrepresentations of prior management. Since RMIL is now $1.62 I somehow get the feeling you'll consider it a moral victory if the stock trades at 40 cents next year but ISNT halted ! (g) A loss is a loss is a loss.
