I disagree. Though he does look like an idiot whichever way it goes, I think that this was Obama's only way to save face and get out of the mess with the least amount of damage possible. If he had proceeded with an attack on Syria, when you look at the intermingling, this could have lead to WWIII.

Obviously, it would have been better if he had never taken us down this path, but since we got this far, I am very happy that he found a way to get out of attacking Syria.
