NOK may be short on quantity of app's, but on quality they are leading edge on these two important app's:
Here’s two great videos from Nokia UK, detailing out everything you’d need to know about Nokia Music (and Mix Radio), and HERE Maps (and City Lens).

In the first video, Adam Giles from Nokia UK talks us through Nokia Music, and Mix Radio. Mix Radio is by far by favourite feature on any platform at all, allowing you to download playlists of music to your phone, or just stream it over your data connection. Check out more info about it right below:

Mix Radio nokia.ly is a free music streaming service that works straight out of the box: no sign up, no subscription, no ads. Available exclusively on all Nokia Lumia smartphones.
With mixes added every week and celebrity mixes from the likes of Lana del Rey, there’s always something new to listen to. You can even save your favourite mixes for when you’re offline.
Click ‘create a mix’ within the Nokia Music app, add your three favourite artists and press play to discover an all-new mix inspired by your choice.
In the next video, Adam details out how to download maps for Offline usage on your Lumia windows phone, and just generally how to use voice guided navigation. There’s also a neat look at City Lens, which is a great tool to find nearby places like restaurants or pubs, using your Nokia.

HERE nokia.ly helps you easily choose the best route for you — whether it’s walk, drive or public transportation. Once you’re on your way, seamlessly switch from one to the other, so you won’t miss a beat as you move from walking to that new coffee shop, to riding the subway to your meeting, to driving back home.
True offline maps mean you never have to lose your way, even if you lose your signal. Search and navigate without a data reception and avoid expensive roaming charges while traveling. Plus, offline maps are blazingly fast and load in a snap.
HERE City Lens lets you literally see what’s around you. Just hold up your phone to see restaurants, shops, sights and more right in your camera’s display.
