the only racism that was oozed was your own. Machoan never mentioned race. There are many welfare recipients of all races. And they have a few things in common (generally speaking) and they are the things that he mentioned (along with a tendency to go for short term gratification rather than long term planning). You obviously applied those cultural traits to a race. That is the only way you could assume that his statement was racist.

Bullshit. He's opened up so much land for mining and drilling.

You have no idea what you are talking about on this topic. He is very successfully bankrupting the coal industry. And the hoops that any mining company has to jump through to open or expand a mine are prohibitively expensive. And this applies to all mines, not just coal. If he is successful in destroying the coal industry, this country is going to see economic devastation that is unprecedented.

and then there is oil...from the GOM to the keystone pipeline.....

Miners had Obama's back in 2008. They don't now. They know he is the enemy. They know that he wants to put them out of a job. They know that they are collateral damage to his big plan.

If you run into a miner, it doesn't matter what race he is, union or non-union, you can openly joke about Obama. They all hate him.
