Sounds like you've really gotten around Woody, and this might sound silly, but I don't know what "AT" is?

And I really like your idea of home ownership down south and visiting north during the best weather. Since Dusty is so small, and we're not going to replace her any time soon despite my threats to hubby, I have a feeling we'll end up renting a condo somewhere down south for a couple of months every winter. We'll probably go to a different location each time until we find the right place. Maybe HI, maybe FL, maybe TX.............don't know at this point?

Hubby grew up in Atlantic Highlands on "the beaches" in NJ. Lovely place to spend your summers. You can't beat the tomatoes, watermelon and corn. And the beaches are just great now that they've been cleaned up.
