Strikes me it leaves Samsung as the odd man out in the industry. You have Apple with OS and devices, Google with Android OS and Motorola devices, and Microsoft with OS and Nokia devices. Will competing with a borrowed OS still make sense a year or two down the road?

Maybe, I don't know.
