Interesting that it took so many meetings and 6 months to consummate the deal.

The new residual NOKIA presents a most interesting investment vehicle with its recent purchase at discount of the "other" 50% of NSN as well as this $7B cash injection.

Sum of the parts evaluations of the new NOK should be surfacing throughout the week with ranges I'd guess between $20B and $30B which translates into an approximate price between $7 and $9. As mentioned earlier, institutional interest might be revitalized now that the new NOKIA has punctured the $5 overhang.
