Uh, those are in trouble because natural gas has gotten cheaper than coal and because they've been saddled with long-term debt. None of those articles mention regulation, other that one that talks about the company not being able to afford to reclaim land that it's mined. That's got nothing to do with Obama, unless you're asking for a bailout. -Z
