I have friends from Kamloops who winter in Yuma every year. They bought, I believe, a Park Model down there for something less than $20,000. They seem to enjoy it a lot. What they tell me is it is important to select a unit in a good mobile home park that has year round residents so the risk of break in and theft is not as much an issue.
