Same price here on VOD. It looks like shareholders may get the option to receive VZ stock (w/ low cost basis) and/or cash w/ the special dividend. Also Bloomberg Radio says that the rest of VOD may be in play too w/ T, DTV and/or DISK showing interest.

Interesting what low interest rates (ie QE) and all that offshore money that needs to find a home.

I am holding my NOK for now as there are a lot of moving parts. There was some mention that Alcatel/Lucent and or Ericson may have interest but I suspect NOK's NSN division will do quite well alone. They always have MSFT as their ace-in-the-hole w/ $64Bln still off shore needed to be spent.
