yes, listened for an entire hour (ez to multitask) , while prof Fox gently clapped the poor petulant lad quite soundly about the ears. Meyer went thru his entire rehearsed dog & pony show right up to the end playing the appeal to authority card when Prof Fox disagreed Meyer became vehement like an angry child. ( much like yourself here & greggy poo , after all he was talking with an authority, but when Meyer is in the room, his vanity supercedes all.)
Yes, one seemed Christian more for the goodness of personal philosophy, the other a creationist for the sense of power & gratification his impatient ego feeds on & profits by, also many men thrive on being able to name drop their imaginary friend is master of the universe & they've got it all figured out with complete certainty. We're so glad Mr Meyer finally decided to knock off the ruse of pretending to believe in ID & sporadically admits he is a creationist, though he's apparently still torn over this, he was so used to lying & pretending otherwise in the past. (he couldn't get away with this with such an intellect right there before him)
Fox admits we might not have the answers but it was easy to detect a thinly veiled belief that in the next 50yrs we could be drawing close. We noted you used the word emergence, doesn't that word feel appropriate, it reveals much, glad your catching on, little steps at a time, just like you know what.
