I noticed Kerry and Obama are saying somewhat different things. Obama says there'll be no boots on the ground, while Kerry says he doesn't want to rule that out. Also, Kerry says the goal of us getting involved is to force Assad out or kill him. Kerry also says they'll bomb Syria even w/ no Congressional authorization.
