Julio, I have not seen 4th qtr earnings posted, I just received fax
from RYG. net earnings 12 mos ended 9/30/96 $.98 12 mos. ended
9/30/97 $1.21. All other info. looks good. Vic De Zen sounds very up beat. I just hope they can grow there earnings at a faster pace, credit line,profits,and cash flows look very strong. later Al
