You do not have to do anything. First you will get a notice of lawsuit. This will be followed by a Proof of Claim form that you need to fill out and send back with a copy of your confirmation, provided you are a class member. Hopefully, if the suit settles, you will wind up with more than a cup of coffee. I have seen the settlements on dozens of cases and let me tell you that most people wind up with very, very little, if anything at all. The lawyers benefit most. Hope this helps, Scott
