Dear Dave: Well, I am a CPA from background although I have had many clients in the Semiconductor field so know a little about yields. My gripe was that everyone seems to want to gripe about Crisman but noone except a 15 year old kid (who seems pretty bright by the way) seems to have the balls to call Crisman. Instead they call a friend or a competitor or anyone who will support their view. The bottom line is APM is a very strong company financially and the market, I believe eventually will be large enough to support them all. In the meantime APM will weather this through thanks to their strong financial position. And to me you can thank Crisman for the strong financial position as he milked the thin film technology for all it was worth. Now he will move on to the later technology. I am quite confident that he cleared his stratagy with his customers in advance. He is not an idiot as some on this board would have you think. JDN
