I follow patient blogs. Many more posts from people dropping out because of dizziness, prior to randomization, than excited about the efficacy. Not to mention upsizing the trial twice, once because they enrolled 80 (or however many it was) patients in a row to the placebo arm :). As postgradstudent posted:
