Very familiar with it. Don't care much for it. Just my personal opinion. I don't use it.
I do not like the fact that you cannot reverse its effects. That is very concerning and dangerous.

Most people who use Xarelto are elderly with atrial fibrillation. They are at higher risk for falls. Any internal injury can be life threatening. Coumadin, on the other hand, can be reversed with vitamin K or blood product called FFP.

Xarelto is definitely more convenient because you don't have to check it weekly with blood tests.
