Semyon: Hate to burst your bubble here, but the large aluminum company has been talking to them for more than a year. Trouble is, they only want to pay a few bucks a pound for it, and they can't mine it that cheap. They are not interested in paying market, the Russians sell it too cheap as is. I terms of a merger with Guardian, all that will do is drag Guardian down. The market always seeks the lowest common denominator. IF, and I say IF they are going to merge, it can only be because Len, along with the rest of the market has given up on CVR, and they must be running short of cash, at .50 /share. Think about it.... would you merge a sure fire megabuck winner with an "also ran" if you were confident of what you had, and all that gold? It would appear, that the poor management, and constant stalling, has finally caught up and precipitated a merger, IF indeed that is the case. See if you can verify the merger scenario thru Len, assuming you can get someone at CVR to give the straight bill of goods. If that is the case, I'll take my .30 bid off the board. (Hey gotta average down somehow to make this break even). Don't like the sounds of that.
  Thanks for the update
