he tocks a lot about the international community and that's all noble stuff.
but the question before us is unilateral military action by the USA.
this is a UN matter. if there is no healthy UN, every person on the planet
should work toward making that happen and setting up the decision
making rules in a manner that's fair to all countries and respectful of
humanity, the planet and the future.

prez needs to listen to his own words and work harder to involve the
international community. the chemical weapons issue is the perfect
excuse for him. if we have to create a new UN to do it, we should
get started. ultimately, it's the only way to address international events
problems, crimes, disasters and emergencies.

prez sez:

"But I think America also recognizes that if the international community fails to maintain certain norms,
standards and laws governing how countries interact and how people are treated, that over time, this
world becomes less safe."

international anarchy is not working. world's getting too tiny and hot.
