You are kidding, right? Almost anyone who buys a W8 phone has no intention of ever switching owing to the "buttery" feel as opposed to the lag on many android competitors, Lumia 520 is the best value product in the market place and Lumia 1020 has outdistance all competition, Nokia music outshines all and offline mapping (doesn't eat into data plan).

Lumia phones have established their base and it's all onward and upward from here!

This transaction is good for MSFT and good for NOK. NOK will now have a healthy positive cash flow, enough to p[ropel NOK to the $7 to $10 range in the not too distant.
