Steve, Just to set the facts straight before we confuse everybody, my post #1394 refers to NEW information filed by Bramson with the SEC today, 12/8/97, regarding a previously undisclosed purchase of 175,000 shares of AXC by Bramson on 11/7/97 at 3 5/16. In early November, Bramson disclosed a purchase of 150,000 shs at 3 1/8 on 10/29/97. That is the second purchase your broker referred to. This is a new additional purchase. Steve
