Dear English teacher: PP can mean a lot of things to different people. For me it means I am looking for a tree. But what it doesnt mean is PRIVATE FROM SHAREHOLDERS. Private placement means ONLY that it is NOT REVIEWED by the Securities and Exchange Commission (thus Private and therefore not tradeable over the counter or on exchanges). Nothing is private from shareholders. We are the owners. That is one of the disadvantages of going public. JDN
