Been watching PCOM for a while. Recent earnings, if adjusted for the litigation expense were quite nice indeed. If some platitudes come out of Kyoto this should be good for them. If something more than platitudes (i.e., federal gov't committing to use more solar, tax incentives, etc.) comes out of Kyoto it would be even better. Anyone out there?
