My buddy Bob commented as follows:

"Yes, B.O. guessed wrong on this one (Syria bombing). And now he is all alone:
At the U.N. he has no support.
At the G-20 almost zero support.
The U.S. Congress is against him, even MANY members of his own party.
Multiple polls of the American people clearly say 'please, NO BOMBING'.

And he is afraid to face the people and make his case - he hides behind Kerry.

So this may be his Waterloo, a huge weakening of his ability to "lead".
At this moment in time, he has to feel he's in trouble.
He has lost respect in his own country, and around the world. Made the USA
look weak and stupid - a dangerous condition for the entire world.
Iran and N. Korea are feeling emboldened.
Who needs him anymore?

As Alexander the Great said,
"I have much respect for an army of sheep led by a lion.
But no respect whatever for an army of lions led by a sheep."

If that is not exactly what we have right now, what is?
