As I pointed out previously, the beginning rates are meaningless and are likely understated to encourage participation. Once they see that young people aren't going to enroll, and that the ones who do won't stay, rates will go up and plans will collapse.

I heard Rick Ungar say the other day, "Let's look at it in a year." Nope. Look at it in five years. The entire health care business will have morphed into pile of crap.
