As are many of the inflated & doctored chronicles of "historical record" that have been found later to be just more religious fiction, created & deliberately pumped up by bible & quran zealouts that have always intimidated & hindered the real work of scientists & archaeologist. Josephus mentions a total of 23-25 named "Jesus" in his reports, because it was a common name in Judea at the time.
One examines the work of Josephus on the siege of Masada, that almost 1000 Jewish daggermen chose to die rather than be taken prisoner, yet they found only three skeletons in the famous excavations in the 1960s? What happened to all those brave "heros" that chose suicide over capture? They were constantly raiding the nearby villages, we find these brave warriors killing 700 fellow Jews in just one nearby Ein Gedi village night raid from Masada, taking all their food & supplies, killing them all. That's just the real truth of the matter, a sober impartial realistic look back on human history, without the undesirable hysteria of ultra orthodox religionist influence.
Religion bases itself on propaganda as much as any communist state did, justifies its horrors in the same set of excited instincts wrapped in human ideological fanaticism. And its that psychology of fundamentalism & national/tribal fanatacism mixed together that is the enemy of all civilized people.
