Why do people believe this crap? Just because some guy thinks the bond deal signals financial urgency people freak out. How about the idea that this conv bond is just a cheaper form of financing the NSN purchase? NOK probably got a crappy deal from JP Morgan and talked MSFT into a better one. I wouldn't be surprised to see JPM downgrade NOK and MSFT as a result. LOL
