"Wouldn't you say it's fair to assume that D&S is having a disastrous Q3?"

No!

" The desperation financing and the low valuation sale would seem to preclude that this was a business on the verge of a turnaround."

What desperation financing? They now can pay for their NSN investment without reducing existing available cash. What low valuationsale? Prior to that sale, the shorts were saying that D&S was valueless. Now many are claiming that D&S was sold for too little....Like who gets what the shorts are saying anymore?

" Even Microsoft says that it will be over a year before the acquisition is accretive to earnings."

That's MSFT talking accretive earnings, not NOK talking earnings.

Question: if this is a desperation sale, what volumes do you see for Lumias andnon-Lumias in Q3?
