But Koski did do a superior job with paving the road for repricing insider options, drafting the anti-takover/incumbent management protection 'Classified Board' Fiscal 1996 Proxy item, and the equally anti-takeover friendly implications of his drafting and non-shareholder/Board approved Preferred Stock creation. It appears these guys are good at protecting themselves, at all costs. They compensate any shareholder value destruction [as sole and proximate cause of poor management] through repricing their shares. They did not stop at the option repricing. They went on with the Classified Board and even went on from there with the Preferred Stock smoking gun? approved by the TMSR 'Classified Board'... We agree, this situation is not good and we would not be surprised if TMSR is put into play, now, even before or shortly after its secondary [barring Oregon anti-takover laws interference]. Management is also proving it is unwilling to mitigate this situation/shareholder confusion simply through this thread, press release, email, phone call?....The question one must ask Q: If TMSR cannot get the street excited about its story after what it has/is accomplishing in addition to where the industry is headed in addition to all news/alliances, etc. what happens if there is a hiccup? a pre-TMSR Microsoft F-F Steering Wheel... A: Another Koski option repricing?
