Kevin: >> I'd love to know more about what makes you think ALYD is a "scam" though. Is it just that you think the stock price is "overvalued"?<<

As I explained at Roger's scam was a poor choice of words. ALYD management may be very serious. The jokers may be the inverstors. Until very recently this stock was a BB stock where prices are much more easily affected by supply/demand changes that may result from the actions of a limited number of individuals. The reason why I believe ALYD is overvalued was explained in a previous post.
However, the post may be difficult to find now. The general idea behind the analysis is that the market cap/share price of a stock should reflect the present value of future cash flows associated with the stock. Given the short span of the y2k problem and ALYD's late start, it will take tremendous revenue/earnings momentum to generate the free cash flows that would justify the current valuation.

Of course I may be wrong, of course people have the right to disagree with me. I just think incorporating the view of shorts, as you said, is healthy for longs. Shorts help you to keep your eyes open.

Regards,

Pancho
