"Too bad poor Ayn is in torment awaiting eternal damnation. " Christ! I would not wish ETERNAL torment on anyone. Not on a Hitler. Not on a Manson. If they were immoral, then how much more immoral is one who will not stop viciously hurting someone at some point in time?? There has never been a human society or group that was so depraved. Granted that the Dark Ages saw many Christians attempting to emulate this punishment in order to earn the appreciation of their imaginary God-- but their victims eventually died, didn't they? People being tortured will eventually die if only through old age. All life dies.
