| | | Basement? Try a modest 200k sq ft factory with all the seperate depts for fabric, upholstery, frames & woodworking mill, grew up with as a kid ...working with industrial planars four huge bandsaws, circular saws & 30ft belt sanders, little stuff like that. You bet i was in heaven you bitter old cretin! lol
Brilliant woodworking mill foreman & old Karl the sweet German woodcarver that was the best craftsman on the west coast but after WWII he suffered backlash so Grandpa invited him to join the factory, saved him financially. The best craftsman in the region worked for him & later became the teachers at local colleges from years of that experience, training new generations quality skills. These are the dedicated people to the highest quality standards, real hard working too and a sofa wholesale only set you back $8-$12,000, for a love seat.
Bitter old man, bitter old man, not my grandfather though, that was pure class & kick your stringy old texas ass.
Actually it was 400k sq ft, total, employing 100 people, not bad. |
