HI, I just got the answer from Mr. Crosby. he said company never recieved any money from Hongkong company, so I don't know how can Mr.Jays released some never happened news to TSE. and I asked Mr. Crosby how many emplyee working for VAAV. he said, NO emplyee, what? Venga is a one man company... I don,t know how could it happen, and TSE allowed this stock trading at Over the counter......well, I don't know how he get fininancing with this background. W. Chan
