I think this revenue numbers show the company may have been hurt by currency translations. Still, outside of the charges, the company made about 20 cents. True, before, the 4th quarter was bigger than the rest, but the company has a new product that's just being implemented, so past trends are no guarantees. Important thing to consider is the turnaround story is still intact. Product acceptance is growing as shown by the recent sales stories. ERP software is one of the biggest investment opportunities around, but look at how much in valuation you have to pay for SAP, BAAN, PSFT, ORCL. Then look at the 1X sales you have to pay for SSAX.
I've been accumulating this stock for the longer haul and tomorrow may be a good buying opportunity. I see a 20% revenue growth rate ahead. The good thing about this industry is that people who evaluate the software know they're not just buying a desktop OS that they can junk if something better comes along. Right now, SSAX is showing it can compete with the big 3 (SAP, PSFT, and ORCL) and BAAN. |
