Dan,

Thank you for your kind words of welcome. Like I said in my initial post, I have no position in INDX, have not really been following it and just got sick of all the hype which most people would not be in position to really know where reality ends and hype begins.

As far as to your questions, I can't really shed any additional information. I don't know Bennett, and I don't know who did the seismic there.

With regard to Maori lands, Maori have a lot of political power in NZ. They have 4 members elected at large from 4 super districts that overlap the normal MP (Member of Parliament) districts. They are always allied to the NZ Labour Party which is now in power. Maoris can take fish anytime and anywhere they like in NZ regardless of season, size limits, etc. If Maori lands are impacted by any proposed drilling, I imagine one would have to get the local or region tribalal OK to proceed or they could tie up the drilling indefinitely.

I can't give you anymore specifics. I was only trying to convey to investors, the general geological conditions that I believe are prevailing there, and what I feel are the implications to large scale oil and gas discoveries.
