I'm currently recovering from a broken heel, so trails and biking, and such are not high on my list of priorities.
Ouch! I've done a combination of power walk, running and regular walking for years, at least an hour, almost every day. Then swimming, in the summer, and the summer is long here in Florida. I managed to blow out my back about a month ago, and I swear its harder going from active to sedentary, that the other way.
I don't like biking. Too fast, too far from the ground, and a general lack of coordination. |
