i had some very severe back issues, whereby i was almost pleading for surgery, thankfully my neurosurgeon recommended a local therapist who uses this method, and following it, i made a complete recovery....whenever i do something dumb and re-injure my back (thankfully not often) i just follow the protocol outlined by mackenzie and usually within just a few days, i'm perfectly fine
