Being a steroid kinda guy, I had to look this one up (guggulsterone, that is).



From wiki, Guggulsterone is a plant steroid found in the resin of the guggul plant, Commiphora mukul. Guggulsterone can exist as either of two stereoisomers, E-guggulsterone and Z-guggulsterone (orientation of the Ch3 group off position 17, from Jim!).

Lots of pharmacological activity in the resin/powder from C. mukul.
