This shouldn't happen in such a PROGRESSIVE town like D.C. ... Left with nothing washingtonpost.com Average citizens getting their homes repossessed thanks to the tax man, yet the D.C. council wants to stick it to Walmart. And it's not like the city council is ignorant of what's going on.
