"a day before the AGM" well timing wise they did us a favor imo, the board will be in one place to discuss if they wish to respond and how to do so. Melissa's employers know time is running out and game changing news could hit at any time, so i find the panic attack bullish. got some traders today at $3.20 ave and have more dry powder.
