Regarding Law Suit. You do not have to contact any of the law firms. When it's time, everone that owned S3 during the time frame will be contacted. The brokerages that held S3 in street name will look up the Cert.# of S3 to find out who owned the stock during those periods and they will send out a notice and a form to fill out if you want to a part of the class action law suit. Fill it out and return it and wait 3-5 years for your pennies on the dollar if you decide to be a part. The law firms are trying to get as many people as possible right now to get control of the suit. The court will decide and then you will be contacted. Sit back and let it happen, because it will be a long time before things really happen.
