The closing of the 77% equity ownership deal and the $70mm financing was well anticipated by those who follow the company. These items were discussed in depth with the q3 results about a month ago. Although at that point they were announced strategic moves, today's news confirms the actualization. see comments on some of the operating numbers management discussed w/q3 results...
