Re: fully automated TED, I have to say that you have done a very successful hatchet job on the "fully automated solution" claims of some venders. Perhaps FBNA should strike while the iron is hot with a campaign emphasizing FBNA's "fully manual solutions". That concept is not debunkable. I am sure someone could dream a manual solution up. It could be our dirty little secret that the "fully manual solution" requires some automation intervention. Heck, if FBN claims to do it in house, who would know the difference? How about this: "100% Hand-crafted Y2K solutions"? You could even apply for the "Made in America" label.
