Several possible reasons for not owning all world's wealth when having a winning system:

1. One does not put enough into the bet, for reasons of temperament, level of personal wealth (too high a poss of loss), personal goals (becoming rich is no picnic, good way to lose good friends and have sycophants for friends), ...
2. Will not live long enough- - if wisdom comes with age, perhaps so does a good system
3. Clusters of bad luck occur regularly, enough to kill you if you bet too much
4. Concerns the investing universe will change, and the system that worked for five years will not work for the sixth
5 Belief by system owner that if there were actually a really good system someone would own all the world's wealth, and nobody does own it all, so there must not be a really good system, so my system must have some unknown flaws, so I had best not bet too much at once. If you are smart enough to create a winning system you are smart enough to come to this conclusion. Doubt is kissing cousin to ignorance which is kissing cousin to creativity.
6. Fear of one's own grandiosity, leading one to fear a lot of wealth (many wealthy turn into real dips).
7. Anger at the high taxes, if you are wealthy, does not lead to clarity. The more intensely you feel, the less clearly you think. Make enough money, and you will probably change your system, because you will feel superhuman and be angry.

And, given a lot of money, does one buy endless amounts of one's favorite greek yogurt, or give it away? How does one actually spend a hundred million? How does one give money away effectively, without throwing it away and feeling like a fool. This is a real problem.

BUT after all is said and done, look at his published results and be thoughtful. What system makers publish their real not-back-tested results. Who?

This is a good board.
