Putin is a pro, Obama is an androgynous teleprompt reading affirmative action stupid lazy non-working, non-thinking weakling. He depends on subordinates 100% and doesn't manage them by checking and following up with them. He never goes on TV to talk to the American public. He hides every chance he gets. This is the same way he was described at the Harvard Law Review. Never showed up, hid from everybody, expected underlings to do all the work.
