I guess that went over your head. You at least used to use that term for things that were far from "undisputable". Few things are truly indisputable.

It is true that "most" (NOT "all", or "nearly all", which would be required for indisputable status) historians argue that Hitler didn't use chemical weapons in battle; however, the reason is definitely disputable. There is considerable support that he didn't want to use them because of the fear or retaliation, which was substantial given FDR's policy of "no first use".

Given the fact that the Nazis had their own stockpile of the weapons, there is support for this. But it isn't relevant for this particular point. Regardless if the reasons were because of a personal distaste, fear of retaliation or (more likely) a mixture of both, it still means that even Hitler declined to use them on the battlefield because they were too awful to contemplate.

Now if you want to continue to argue over the exact definition of "is", please continue...
