A CNN/IRC International initial poll of viewers of the speech found that 47% said Obama made a convincing case for action, compared with 50% who said he did not. cnn.com Last nite, I was watching AC360 when they announced the results of this poll. AC had convened a panel. The panelists were stunned by the results. Many Americans had reversed their position after hearing Obama speak. No one was predicting such results.
